The industry was full of disparate offerings, with low-end services offered on a local level only beginning at one end of the spectrum and the national providers who offered integrated technology and billing solutions to their clients at the other. What we did not see was an offering in the middle. Most companies do not want the low-end solution and most companies do not want the high-end solution. |
